How to Get More Residents

You can get more residents in Last Fortress by opening your Radar missions and finding an icon with two little schematic men on it.

Once you tap it, you will see that it’s named “Rescue refugees” and that it shows how many residents you can get by completing the mission.

Then, you will need to press go and send an APC to the mission, which won’t cost you any durability. Once it’s done, you will be able to gather residents on the Radar mission map.

The number of residents you can get is either 9 or 45. If the latter is the case, the icon will be orange, and for the former, it will be white.

Before getting new residents, make sure that you have enough space for them in your Quarters and enough Food supply to maintain them. If the food intake is more than you can produce, the mood of residents can drop, which will affect their productivity in your facilities. And, if nothing is done about this problem for a while, the residents will start leaving your base due to starvation.
