AOE damage
3: Mid-forward placement suits a front-row-focused AoE rifleman who still avoids pure tank duty when possible.
4: Step back into a safer line while maintaining angle on grouped front-row targets.
5: Deepest back slot when you must maximize distance; slightly less ideal for her front-row splash focus.
Natalie is a Minutemen Rifleman who splashes tactical damage across the enemy front row while offering small offensive and defensive passives. Her sheriff-themed kit includes bonus experience gain, which helps early account pacing but not late combat scaling. She is outclassed by Rare and Advanced Elite AoE INT carries who bring stronger area damage and build depth.

D Tier. Uncommon D-tier hero with only four skills, no fifth skill, no UW, and lower stats than Advanced Elite AoE dealers. Quickly outclassed by higher-rarity alternatives and not worth investing in beyond the earliest chapters.

Trivia
- As one of the protagonists (alongside Brady, Emma, and Fernando) and a combatant, Natalie’s role in the shelter is overwatch—including monitoring the shelter perimeter, operating a gatling turret to repel zombie hordes, and various guard duties.
- Her main weapon seems based on a Remington 870 shotgun (modified with an M-LOK forend and raptor grip, similar to a TAC-14). She also uses a Colt M1911A1 as a sidearm and keeps a Kalashnikov AKM at the old shelter for overwatch after the shelter is retaken.
- She knows a good deal about the shelter, as shown in the tutorial for beginners.
- She is an old friend of Rebecca, as shown in dialogue after Rebecca is located via radar intel.
- She has bad memories of Bacchus from her childhood, in the same period she was adopted by the Gallo family.
- Her stepbrother is Enrique, as revealed in Natalie’s narration while exploring the abandoned metro.
- Natalie shows no mercy to the infected most of the time, except when trying to protect her long-infected stepmother (Mrs. Gallo, who appears as a boss during the metro exploration), with Brady’s round about to hit the infected Mrs. Gallo shortly after.
- Usually Natalie handles the overwatch job in the shelter. If ascending removes her from the hero pool, other random uncommon heroes temporarily replace her until she returns; later updates made overwatch unique to Natalie again.
