Support
5: Position 5 is Quinn’s safest slot where he is fully protected by the front line, and since Big F Bomb hits all enemies regardless of position, there is no downside to maximum distance from combat.
4: Position 4 works as an alternative back-row slot, placing Quinn slightly closer to the action for marginally better Initiative ordering while maintaining strong protection.
3: Position 3 is a flex option that trades safety for earlier action order, viable when Quinn needs to drop Big F Bomb before enemy carries act but risks taking more damage.
Quinn is the Vindicators’ AOE bomber whose Big F Bomb deals massive TAC damage shared among all enemies, scaling inversely with the number of surviving targets for devastating late-fight burst. His Detonation exclusive gear grants 1000 Focus and +100% Initiative in round 1 for an immediate bomb, and the 4-piece restores 500 Focus to the lowest-Focus teammate every 4 rounds for team-wide Focus support. Mr. Bomb UW reduces enemy DEF by 25% split among targets on Focus skill, debuffing the entire enemy team to amplify his lineup’s damage.
Pros & Cons
- Detonation exclusive gear grants 1000 Focus and +100% Initiative round 1, guaranteeing an immediate Big F Bomb before any enemy acts
- Mr. Bomb UW reduces enemy DEF by 25% split among targets, debuffing the entire enemy team for the rest of the lineup’s attacks
- Big F Bomb’s shared damage becomes devastating as enemies die, concentrating more damage on fewer surviving targets
- Detonation’s 4-piece restores 500 Focus to the lowest-Focus teammate every 4 rounds, providing team-wide Focus support
- Doomsday Messenger and Ruthless Heart UWs provide lineup-wide +10% DMG Bonus passively
- Shared damage means Big F Bomb hits each individual enemy less when all 5 are alive, reducing early-fight impact
- INT-based TAC damage does not benefit from STR-heavy Vindicator team synergies
- Outscaled by stronger AOE options in late seasons where his raw damage falls behind meta carries
- Low VIT (299) makes him fragile if front-line protection fails

Gear
Detonation is mandatory for Quinn to deliver his round 1 bomb and provide Focus support to teammates. Pair with Resolute for balanced survivability or Hurricane for maximum TAC damage scaling. The 1000 Focus at battle start is Quinn’s defining mechanic that makes him an immediate threat.
Quinn’s exclusive set granting 1000 Focus and +100% Initiative round 1 for immediate Big F Bomb. The 4-piece restores 500 Focus to the lowest-Focus teammate every 4 rounds.
#1 BestVersatile set offering WPN DMG and survivability, providing Quinn with durability in the back row while maintaining damage output.
#2Endgame offensive set providing strong damage scaling, viable as a secondary set alongside Detonation.

#4INT-focused set that boosts Quinn’s TAC damage scaling, amplifying Big F Bomb’s total damage output against all enemies.
#5Quinn’s substats prioritize INT and DMG Bonus on weapon and jewelry for maximum TAC damage on Big F Bomb, while helmet and body focus on survivability. Crit Rate is particularly impactful on round 1 when Detonation’s +100% Initiative guarantees Quinn acts first.
DMG Bonus, INT, Crit Rate
DMG Bonus and INT directly scale Big F Bomb’s TAC damage, while Crit Rate amplifies burst potential on the round 1 bomb for maximum opening impact.
HP%, AGI, VIT
HP% and VIT compensate for Quinn’s low base VIT (299), while AGI ensures he acts before enemies even with Detonation’s +100% Initiative in round 1.
DEF, VIT, DMG Mitigation
Defensive substats keep Quinn alive in the back row, ensuring he survives long enough for Detonation’s 4-piece Focus restoration to activate every 4 rounds.
DMG Bonus, INT, Crit DMG
DMG Bonus and INT maximize Big F Bomb’s raw damage, while Crit DMG amplifies the impact of crit rolls on the high-base-damage Focus skill.

A control-and-bomb lineup that pairs Casino’s focus drain with Quinn’s immediate AOE damage and DEF reduction for a devastating opening sequence. Quinn drops Big F Bomb round 1 via Detonation while Casino drains 200 Focus from all enemies via Double Down, creating a scenario where enemies are both damaged and unable to respond with Focus skills. Quinn’s Mr. Bomb reduces enemy DEF by 25% split among targets before Blanche acts, making Eradicate hit significantly harder against DEF-reduced back-row enemies.
Ricardo’s chain-linking causes conduction damage when chained enemies take hits. Quinn’s Big F Bomb hitting all enemies amplifies chain conduction value since every chained target takes shared damage.
Casino’s Double Down drains 200 Focus from enemies while Quinn’s round 1 bomb deals immediate damage, creating a double threat where enemies are hurt and unable to use Focus skills to recover or retaliate.

Counters
- Focus Drain Heroes (Hard Counter) — Heroes that drain Quinn’s Focus prevent Big F Bomb activation beyond round 1, neutralizing his primary contribution. Without Detonation’s round 1 guarantee, Quinn becomes reliant on natural Focus generation.
- High-HP Spread Lineups (Soft Counter) — Big F Bomb’s damage is shared among all enemies, so lineups with uniformly high HP across all 5 heroes reduce the per-target impact, preventing kills and wasting Quinn’s DEF reduction.
- Initiative Manipulation (Soft Counter) — Heroes or effects that act before Quinn despite Detonation’s +100% Initiative can disable him before Big F Bomb lands, negating his round 1 burst and DEF reduction.
- Low-HP Back-Row Heroes (Hard Counter) — Big F Bomb’s shared damage concentrates more damage on fewer enemies as targets die, making Quinn devastating against lineups with fragile back-row heroes who fall early.
- DEF-Reliant Lineups (Hard Counter) — Mr. Bomb’s 25% DEF reduction applied to the entire enemy team directly counters lineups that rely on DEF stacking for survivability, making every subsequent attack from Quinn’s team hit harder.
- Slow-Start Lineups (Soft Counter) — Detonation’s round 1 guaranteed bomb punishes lineups that need multiple rounds to ramp up, dealing significant damage before they can establish their synergies.
Rating
B Tier. Quinn is a functional AOE damage dealer and support piece for Vindicators lineups, providing early bomb pressure through Detonation and team-wide DEF reduction via Mr. Bomb. He earns B-tier because his shared AOE damage diminishes against full 5-hero teams and he is replaced by stronger options in late-season compositions.

Trivia
- Quinn’s appearance resembles Katarina from League of Legends, while her skills and weapons resemble Demoman from Team Fortress 2.
- She equips several M67 grenades, likely modified to be more deadly than standard, which she uses during her "Big F Bomb" skill. Her modified grenade launcher’s exact model is unknown—neither a Milkor MGL nor a 6G30 Gnome—but it appears to use only non-explosive shrapnel rounds in skirmish.
- Her title was "Bombadier" originally; after an update her title was changed to "Miss Bomb".
- Originally, she could only be recruited through a first top-up or by purchasing VIP chests (Level 1–6). In later updates, her recruitment method changed twice—Quinn became available via all recruitment types, including casual recruitment (0.0533% odds), Vindicator faction recruitment (0.33% odds), and Alliance recruitment (0.0111% odds), but she cannot be recruited through Friendship recruitment. From the 1.332.001 update, she can be purchased in the Arena shop for 160 dog tags, making her the cheapest Grade S hero available in the Arena shop.
