Single Damage
5: Back corner provides maximum safety for a fragile INT carry. Position 5 keeps Rebecca alive to fire In My Sight from the safest slot while her 299 VIT makes front-line exposure fatal.
4: Alternate back-row slot with slightly faster focus generation in some APC configurations.
3: Middle-back fallback when positions 4 and 5 are taken by higher-priority heroes.
Rebecca is a Minutemen Rifleman who snipes the lowest-AGI enemy with In My Sight (220% TAC DMG), scaling well off her 894 INT base. Her Sniping (+10% TAC DMG Bonus) and Flexibility (+5% TAC DMG, +5% DMG Mit) passives provide solid offensive scaling with a defensive bonus. Precision adds +100% TAC DMG on every skill cast and the Camo UW adds +30% DMG to shielded enemies, making her one of the highest-burst Elite DPS heroes with a niche anti-shield role.
Pros & Cons
- In My Sight deals 220% TAC DMG to the lowest-AGI enemy, providing strong single-target burst scaled off 894 INT.
- Precision adds +100% TAC DMG on every skill cast, effectively doubling In My Sight’s damage when it fires — one of the highest on-skill bonuses among Elite heroes.
- Sniping grants +10% TAC DMG Bonus passively, amplifying all tactical damage output.
- Flexibility adds +5% TAC DMG and +5% DMG Mitigation — a dual offensive/defensive passive that improves both damage and survivability.
- Camo UW (Elite) adds +30% DMG to enemies with shields, countering shield-heavy lineups that rely on Harman, Alpha Bless, or Breeze protection.
- Only four skills — no fifth skill limits her ceiling compared to Advanced Elite carries.
- Lowest-AGI targeting is unreliable — the lowest-AGI enemy is often a front-row tank with high HP rather than a priority carry, potentially wasting Rebecca’s burst on a low-value target.
- No AOE damage — she can only kill one target per skill cast.
- 299 VIT makes her extremely fragile if targeted directly.

Gear
Hurricane + Apocalypse is the standard INT DPS pairing. Hurricane handles TAC DMG scaling, Apocalypse provides crit burst. Resolute is a survival fallback. Rebecca has no exclusive gear sets as an Elite hero.
+15% Crit and +30% Crit DMG at 4-piece. When In My Sight crits with Precision’s +100% TAC DMG active, Rebecca deals her highest possible single-hit damage. Best paired with Hurricane.
#1 BestDeath immunity provides a safety net for a hero with 299 VIT. The scaling ATK bonus as HP drops adds offensive value. Useful when Rebecca lacks healer support or faces AOE-heavy enemy lineups.
#2+8% TAC DMG and +24% Focus DMG at 4-piece. Rebecca’s In My Sight deals TAC DMG — Hurricane directly amplifies her primary damage type and boosts focus skill damage for Precision procs. Best-in-slot.
#3Rebecca is a pure INT DPS. Weapon and jewelry should maximise DMG Bonus, INT, and Crit Rate for In My Sight burst. Helmet and body should focus on survival. Do not roll STR or WPN-related stats.
DMG Bonus, INT, Crit Rate
DMG Bonus amplifies all TAC DMG output. INT directly scales In My Sight. Crit Rate enables critical hits with Precision’s +100% TAC DMG bonus for maximum burst.
HP%, AGI, VIT
HP% for survival. AGI reduces targeting from AGI-based skills. VIT supplements base 299.
HP%, VIT, DMG Mitigation
Pure survival. Rebecca’s 299 VIT demands HP% and VIT to prevent one-shot kills. DMG Mitigation stacks with Flexibility’s +5% for some innate durability.
DMG Bonus, INT, Crit Rate
Same offensive priority as weapon. Maximise TAC DMG burst for In My Sight.

Primary tank. Castle’s block and Tough Wall’s DEF stacking keep Bolton alive as the front-line anchor. Bolton absorbs damage for the entire lineup.
Primary healer. Heal amplifies Mira’s healing output by 45%. Self-Healing keeps Mira healthy in the secondary position. Mira’s sustained healing ensures Rebecca survives long enough to fire multiple In My Sight rotations.
Secondary tank and support. Mental Control redirects attacks to Benson, further shielding Rebecca. Castle adds block and DMG Mitigation. Benson’s defensive passives stack with the lineup’s sustain.
Core carry. Hurricane’s +8% TAC DMG and +24% Focus DMG amplify In My Sight. Apocalypse adds +15% Crit and +30% Crit DMG. Precision’s +100% TAC DMG on skill makes Rebecca’s focus skill the lineup’s primary kill threat. Camo UW adds +30% DMG vs shielded enemies.
Secondary DPS. Hurricane and Apocalypse maximise Kobayakawa’s TAC DMG output. Provides a second damage source alongside Rebecca. Minutemen faction contribution.
A Minutemen lineup that pairs Benson’s front-line tanking and support with Rebecca’s single-target snipe burst. Bolton anchors position 1, Mira provides healing, and Kobayakawa adds secondary DPS. Rebecca fires In My Sight with +100% Precision from position 4 or 5, targeting the lowest-AGI enemy. Benson’s defensive contributions keep the lineup alive while Rebecca eliminates threats one at a time. Four Minutemen for the +15% faction bonus.
Primary tank. Castle and Tough Wall provide front-line durability. Lunn absorbs damage so the back-row snipers can fire freely.
Secondary tank. Mental Control redirects attacks to Suzuki Ren, protecting the back row. Castle adds personal block and DMG Mitigation.
DPS. Hurricane and Apocalypse maximise In My Sight’s TAC DMG. Rebecca targets the lowest-AGI enemy, complementing Kelly’s highest-AGI targeting.
Primary DPS. Hurricane and Apocalypse maximise Kelly’s TAC DMG. Kelly targets the highest-AGI enemy — often a priority carry or support — while Rebecca handles slow threats. Dual sniper pressure.
Back-row support. Heal amplifies Kin Ogawa’s sustain output. Alpha Bless provides round 1 team shields and Crit Immunity, buying time for Kelly and Rebecca to land their first focus skills.
A cross-faction starter lineup pairing two AGI-targeting snipers — Kelly targets the highest AGI, Rebecca targets the lowest AGI. Together they threaten both ends of the AGI spectrum, creating dual pressure that forces the enemy to choose which threat to protect. Lunn and Suzuki Ren provide front-line tanking. Kin Ogawa fills the fifth slot with support utility. This lineup lacks faction synergy but provides strong early-game kill potential.
Synergies
Bolton is the premier F2P Minutemen tank. His front-line presence absorbs damage so Rebecca can fire In My Sight from the back row without being targeted. Both are Minutemen, contributing to the faction bonus. Bolton’s durability ensures Rebecca has time to fill her focus bar.
Kelly targets the highest-AGI enemy while Rebecca targets the lowest-AGI enemy. Together they threaten both the fastest and slowest heroes in the enemy lineup, creating dual pressure that no single positioning strategy can counter.
Benson’s defensive passives and Mental Control attack redirect protect the back row where Rebecca operates. Both are Minutemen — pairing them in the same lineup contributes to faction bonus while Benson’s tanking directly enables Rebecca’s safe back-row sniping.
Interactions with other heroes’ ultimate weapons.
Self-synergy: Camo adds +30% DMG to enemies with shields. This is particularly valuable against lineups running Harman (team-wide shields on focus skill), Alpha Bless gear (round 1 team shields), or Breeze gear (battle-start Reviving layers). Rebecca’s In My Sight hits harder against exactly the enemies that rely on shield-based defenses.

Counters
- High-HP front-line tanks (Hard Counter) — Rebecca targets the lowest-AGI enemy, which is often a high-HP tank. Her single-target burst may be wasted on a tanky front-liner who can absorb In My Sight without dying, while the enemy’s back-row carries remain untouched.
- AOE damage carries (Soft Counter) — Rebecca deals only single-target damage. AOE carries like Heytex 103 pressure the entire lineup simultaneously while Rebecca can only eliminate one threat per skill cast.
- Shield-reliant lineups (Hard Counter) — Camo UW adds +30% DMG to shielded enemies. Lineups that stack shields (Harman, Alpha Bless, Breeze) inadvertently make their heroes take more damage from Rebecca, turning a defensive strategy into a liability.
- Low-AGI high-value supports (Soft Counter) — When the enemy places a critical support hero with low AGI (certain healers, debuffers), Rebecca’s In My Sight bypasses front-line targeting to snipe them directly, removing the support before they can contribute.
Rating
B Tier. Rebecca is one of the strongest Elite-tier DPS heroes. Her 220% TAC DMG In My Sight with +100% Precision bonus on every skill cast provides burst that rivals some Advanced Elite carries. The Camo UW adds +30% DMG against shielded enemies, which is relevant against Harman, Alpha Bless, and other common shield sources. She is rated B because her four-skill kit caps her ceiling, lowest-AGI targeting can be unreliable, and she is outclassed by Rare+ INT carries with fifth skills and exclusive gear by S5.
