- TAC damage dealers (Soft Counter) — Gilded Sword UW’s -40% TAC DEF makes Qian Qian exceptionally vulnerable to tactical damage. Heroes like Heytex, Rebecca, and Suzuki Ren deal significantly more damage to Qian Qian than they would to a hero without this defensive penalty.
- Low-DEF targets (Situational Counter) — Masamune Flash’s 300% WPN DMG with Edge’s +100% WPN DMG bonus hits extremely hard against targets with low WPN DEF. Squishy backrow carries without defensive gear or shields take massive damage from Qian Qian’s focus skill.

C Tier. Qian Qian is a pure single-target damage dealer with no utility, no debuffs, and no team buffs. Her 300% WPN DMG burst is respectable but outclassed by Kelly, Galande, and Blanche who combine similar or higher damage with meaningful secondary effects. Gilded Sword UW’s -40% TAC DEF is a significant drawback. She serves as a budget DPS filler in early Watchers compositions only.
