5: Safest back-row slot. Thunder Blade UW grants +10% DMG with an additional +50% if back row, totaling +15% DMG in pos 5. Fires after shields from Harman and Bolton have stacked, maximising Lightsword bonus damage.
4: Alternative back-row slot when another carry needs pos 5. Still receives the full back-row Thunder Blade DMG bonus. Fires slightly earlier in Super Core cycles.
3: Viable but suboptimal. Still back-row for Thunder Blade DMG bonus. Fires earlier but receives fewer shield stacks before attacking, reducing Lightsword burst.
Victoria is the premier single-target burst carry from Season 5 onward, converting accumulated shields into devastating Lightsword attacks that add 250% of her shield value as bonus damage. Her Refraction passive deals 8% of the enemy’s current HP on every attack (24% on skills, capped at 300% TAC DMG), making her equally dangerous against high-HP tanks and low-HP carries. With Thunder Blade UW granting +200 Focus at battle start and conditional DMG/DMG Mitigation bonuses based on row position, Victoria is a flexible back-row assassin who scales harder than any other single-target hero in the game.
Pros & Cons
- Lightsword adds 250% of accumulated shield value as bonus damage to Unsheathed Blade, creating the highest single-target burst in the game when paired with shield generators.
- Refraction deals 8% of enemy current HP per attack (24% on skills, capped at 300% TAC DMG), making her effective against any target regardless of their DEF stat.
- Melt Armor increases damage taken by the attacked enemy by 18% for 2 rounds, amplifying every subsequent hit from all teammates on that target.
- Thunder Blade UW grants +200 Focus at battle start and after every Focus skill, enabling the fastest focus skill cycle of any carry.
- Combat Master exclusive gear converts shield gains into stacking +5% DMG (up to 5 stacks), synergising perfectly with shield-heavy lineups.
- Unsheathed Blade cannot kill its target (stops at 1 HP), requiring a teammate to finish the kill — wasted if no teammate acts before the target heals.
- Heavily dependent on shield generators (Harman, Bolton, Penny) for Lightsword burst; without shields she is a mediocre damage dealer.
- Focus drain from Casino’s Double Down delays her critical first Unsheathed Blade cast, crippling her burst window.
- Low VIT (299) makes her fragile; vulnerable to Kelly and Galande targeting her in the back row.
Skills
Deal 300/340/380/420/500% TAC DMG to 1 enemy target. This attack cannot kill the target.
When other friendly heroes get a Shield. get a Shield equal to 25/30/35/40/50% of the former’s effect.
Attacking or casting skills increases the received damage of the enemy target by 9/10.8/12.6/14.4/18% for 2 rounds.
Casting "Unsheathed Blade’ deals additional DMG equal to 125/150/175/200/250% of the Hero’s shield effect.
When attacking. additional damage equal to 4/4.8/5.6/6.4/8% of the enemy target’s HP will be dealt. and when a skill is used. the damage above will be increased to 3 times (no more than 300% of the target’s TAC DMG. and the target will gradually recover within rounds).
Gear
Combat Master is non-negotiable best-in-slot — the shield-to-DMG stacking defines Victoria’s identity. Resolute is mandatory for survivability on any fragile carry. Apocalypse is the best offensive alternative when Combat Master is already equipped. Pair Combat Master + Resolute as the standard setup; swap Resolute for Apocalypse only in Buri crit lineups where survivability is already covered by Link of Life.
Exclusive set. 2-piece grants +10% TAC DMG baseline. 4-piece converts each shield gained into +5% DMG on the next attack (stacks 5 times). In shield-heavy lineups Victoria gains shields every round from Harman, Bolton, and Penny, keeping the 5-stack DMG bonus active permanently.
#1 BestStandard DPS survivability set. +0.4% ATK per 1% HP lost rewards trading HP for damage. The 4-piece death immunity with 30% HP restore and +50% DMG on the next attack is essential for a hero with 299 VIT who will be targeted by snipers.
#2+15% Crit Rate and +30% Crit Damage. Victoria’s Lightsword hits are massive single instances — critting on one is devastating. Strong pairing with Buri’s Frosty Coffin crit bonuses.
#3+10% ATK and +35% DMG after defeating target. Since Unsheathed Blade cannot kill, the kill bonus requires a teammate to finish first. Situationally strong but inconsistent.
#4+8% TAC DMG Bonus and +24% Focus DMG. Straightforward damage increase for skill-based output. Relevant in early-mid game (S5-X2) before better sets are fully upgraded.
#5Victoria is an INT-based single-target carry. Weapon and jewelry prioritise offensive stats (DMG Bonus, INT, Crit Rate); helmet and body prioritise survival (HP%, DEF, VIT). Never roll STR or WPN ATK — she has no WPN DMG skills.
DMG Bonus, INT, Crit Rate
DMG Bonus is a universal multiplier on all damage sources including Lightsword. INT scales TAC ATK directly. Crit Rate amplifies her massive single hits.
HP%, AGI, VIT
Survivability stats. HP% is the most efficient. AGI reduces incoming damage and protects against AGI-targeting skills like Kelly’s Hunting.
DEF, VIT, DMG Mitigation
Pure defense. Victoria’s 299 VIT makes her extremely fragile; every point of DEF and DMG Mitigation extends her survival window to fire Lightsword.
DMG Bonus, INT, Skill Effect Enhancement
DMG Bonus multiplies everything. INT scales TAC ATK. Skill Effect Enhancement directly boosts Lightsword and Unsheathed Blade multipliers.

Super Core accelerates focus bars across the entire lineup from pos 5, letting all heroes fire skills faster — critical for a lineup with 3 carries that need focus skills online quickly. Thunder Blade UW grants +200 Focus at battle start and +15% DMG in back row. Melt Armor makes attacked enemies take +18% more damage for 2 rounds.
Top-tier X4-X6 meta lineup pairing Monica’s LumiShield tanking with Ada’s Reviving sustain in the front row, enabling three back-row carries to deal uncontested damage. Heytex’s Pinpoint Aim makes marked targets take +8% more damage, directly amplifying Victoria’s hits. Amum’s Wolf Pack kill stacking grants +20% DMG to the whole team, further boosting Lightsword. Despite no faction bonus, raw hero synergy makes this one of the strongest X4-X6 lineups.

Ada’s Reviving keeps Victoria alive through sustained fights while God-Slaying Axe UW grants all teammates +10% DMG on every Raging Roar cast, directly amplifying Lightsword. Harman layers shields for Energy Detection. Eva provides Wildlings faction synergy and stat debuffs. Heytex handles AOE pressure while Victoria eliminates priority targets. This lineup sacrifices full faction bonuses for raw power across two carries with durable sustain.
Synergies
Harman’s Staunch Will shields all allies every skill cast. Each shield applied to any teammate triggers Victoria’s Energy Detection (copying 50% onto herself) and adds a Combat Master stack (+5% DMG). Harman is the single most important shield source for Victoria’s burst damage.
Heytex’s Pinpoint Aim makes marked targets take +8% more damage. Victoria’s Lightsword already deals massive single-target burst — adding +8% damage taken on the target creates kills that would otherwise leave the target alive. They complement as dual carries covering AOE and single-target simultaneously.
Bolton’s AC Shield UW provides 200% max HP shield at battle start — the largest instant shield in the game. Victoria’s Energy Detection copies 50% of it immediately, giving her a massive Lightsword bonus from round 1 without waiting for Harman’s focus bar to fill.
Penny’s drones shield the lowest-HP ally (70% TAC ATK per drone, max 3 drones) every round. Each drone shield triggers Victoria’s Energy Detection. Pinky Silhouette UW makes drone-hit enemies take +20% more damage, stacking with Melt Armor’s +18% for devastating combined debuffs.
Ada’s God-Slaying Axe UW grants all teammates +10% DMG for 2 rounds on each Raging Roar cast. This stacks with Thunder Blade’s +15% back-row DMG and Lightsword’s shield-scaling burst. Ada’s Reviving also keeps Victoria alive through sustained fights, protecting her shield HP pool.
Interactions with other heroes’ ultimate weapons.
Every time a teammate gains a shield, Harman deals 50% TAC ATK damage to a random enemy (up to 5x/round). Victoria’s Energy Detection triggers on every shield event in the lineup, and each shield event also triggers Chimera Anchor. In shield-heavy lineups the chip damage accumulates significantly while simultaneously feeding Victoria’s burst.
200% max HP shield at battle start to the hero with the highest HP. Victoria’s Energy Detection copies 50% of it immediately, providing a massive Lightsword bonus from the first focus skill. Bolton’s Guardian of Justice also grants +5% DMG Mitigation to all allies, keeping Victoria alive longer.
Drone rescue clears Poison/Burn/Bleed from allies and grants +20% DMG Mitigation for 2 rounds. Drone-hit enemies take +20% more damage for 2 rounds. The +20% damage taken debuff stacks with Victoria’s Melt Armor (+18%) for a combined +38% damage taken on the target.

Counters
- Casino (Hard Counter) — Casino’s Double Down drains 200 Focus from all enemies on skill cast. Victoria’s entire value is front-loaded into her focus skill — delaying Unsheathed Blade by even one round dramatically reduces her burst window and wastes accumulated shields that may expire.
- Kelly (Soft Counter) — Kelly’s Hunting targets the lowest-AGI enemy. Victoria’s AGI (594) is mediocre and she is often the target. Spine Whip UW gives Kelly 50-100% chance for a second action each round, potentially killing Victoria before Lightsword fires.
- Shield-stripping lineups (Soft Counter) — Lineups with multi-hit attacks (Heytex rockets, Benson AOE burns) strip Victoria’s accumulated shields before she can convert them to damage via Lightsword. If her shield pool is depleted before her turn, Lightsword adds zero bonus damage.
- High-HP tanks (Hard Counter) — Refraction deals 8% of the enemy’s current HP per attack (24% on skills, capped at 300% TAC DMG). The higher the target’s HP, the more damage Refraction deals. High-HP tanks like Bolton and Buri take massive percentage-based damage that bypasses their DEF stacking entirely.
- Low-healing lineups (Soft Counter) — Melt Armor increases damage taken by the target by 18% for 2 rounds. Against lineups without strong healing, this debuff compounds across multiple attackers’ hits, rapidly draining targets who cannot recover the amplified damage.
- Single-tank lineups (Situational Counter) — Unsheathed Blade cannot kill its target but leaves it at 1 HP. Against lineups with a single tank, Victoria strips the tank to 1 HP and teammates finish the kill, leaving the remaining 4 heroes without front-line protection.
Rating
S Tier. Victoria is the strongest single-target carry in the game from S5 onward. Her shield-to-damage conversion via Lightsword is unique and scales exponentially with shield-generating teammates. Melt Armor’s +18% damage taken debuff amplifies the entire lineup’s output. Refraction’s HP%-based damage ensures she threatens any target regardless of DEF or HP pool. Thunder Blade UW’s +200 Focus at battle start means she fires her focus skill earlier than almost any other carry. She defines the meta in every season she is available.
