5: Back corner keeps Jessie safe while she heals allies. Position 5 minimises incoming damage on a support hero who needs to survive to deliver sustained healing.
3: Middle-back slot when position 5 is occupied. Jessie benefits from back-row protection while staying close enough to fill her focus bar at a reasonable rate.
4: Alternate back-row slot; functionally similar to position 3 but slightly less preferred due to targeting patterns.
Jessie is a Wildlings Rifleman who heals the lowest-HP ally through Voodoo Therapy (210% TAC ATK) and applies a sustained heal-over-time via Healing Powder (50% TAC ATK per round for 2 rounds). Her Self Healing and Witch’s Potion passives grant a combined +15% DMG Mitigation and +5% HP, making her a durable support for her rarity tier. With her Cinnabar Staff UW, her focus skill also grants the healed target +20% DMG Mitigation, adding meaningful defensive utility.
Pros & Cons
- Voodoo Therapy heals the lowest-HP ally for 210% TAC ATK, providing strong reactive healing scaled off her 894 INT base.
- Healing Powder applies a 50% TAC ATK heal-over-time for 2 rounds, providing sustained healing that continues even when Jessie’s focus bar is recharging.
- Self Healing grants +10% DMG Mitigation passively, improving the lineup’s overall durability.
- Witch’s Potion adds +5% DMG Mitigation and +5% HP — a dual defensive passive that makes Jessie herself harder to kill.
- Cinnabar Staff UW (Elite) grants the healed target +20% DMG Mitigation on focus skill cast, effectively making Jessie’s heal also a defensive buff on the most vulnerable ally.
- Only four skills — no fifth skill caps her ceiling below Advanced Elite and Rare supports.
- Single-target healing only — she cannot heal the entire team, making her ineffective against AOE-heavy lineups that damage all heroes simultaneously.
- Outclassed by Ada and Rare supports by S5, relegating Jessie to a temporary roster piece.
- No offensive contribution — all four skills are defensive or healing, so she occupies a lineup slot without adding any damage.
Skills
Jessie throws a potion bottle at the allied Hero with the lowest current HP, healing them for 126/142/160/176/210% of Jessie’s TAC ATK.
+5/6/7/8/10% DMG Mitigation
+2.5/3/3.5/4/5% DMG Mitigation; +2.5/3/3.5/4/5% HP.
Casting "Voodoo Therapy" will cause the target to recover HP (25/30/35/40/50% of TAC ATK) every round. Lasts 2 rounds.
Gear
Heal is non-negotiable best-in-slot — it amplifies all of Jessie’s healing by 45%. Self-Healing keeps Jessie herself healthy. Castle is a survival fallback. Jessie has no exclusive gear sets as an Elite hero.
4-piece +45% Healing and Shield effect directly amplifies Voodoo Therapy’s 210% TAC ATK heal and Healing Powder’s 50% TAC ATK HoT. 2-piece +10% HP improves Jessie’s survival. Best-in-slot for maximising heal throughput.
#1 BestAt the start of each round restores HP equal to 35% of Jessie’s ATK (doubled below 50% HP). Keeps Jessie alive without needing to heal herself, ensuring Voodoo Therapy always targets a teammate rather than Jessie.
#2+8% DMG Mitigation and 40% block chance improve Jessie’s personal survival. Stacks with her Self Healing (+10%) and Witch’s Potion (+5%) passives for a combined +23% DMG Mitigation. Useful in lineups without a strong front-line tank.
#3Jessie’s entire value is healing throughput, which scales with INT and TAC ATK. Prioritise INT across all slots, then supplement with HP% and VIT for survival. Do not roll STR, Crit Rate, or WPN-related stats — Jessie deals no meaningful damage.
INT, Skill Effect Enhancement, DMG Bonus
INT directly scales Voodoo Therapy and Healing Powder. Skill Effect Enhancement boosts the flat heal values. DMG Bonus increases TAC ATK output which feeds heal scaling.
HP%, INT, AGI
HP% keeps Jessie alive. INT adds more heal power. AGI reduces targeting risk from AGI-targeting skills that might bypass the front line to hit Jessie.
HP%, VIT, DMG Mitigation
Pure survival. Jessie’s 299 VIT is dangerously low — HP% and VIT are essential. DMG Mitigation stacks with her passive +15% for strong innate tankiness.
INT, Skill Effect Enhancement, HP%
INT remains top priority for heal scaling. Skill Effect Enhancement adds flat bonus to Voodoo Therapy and Healing Powder output. HP% rounds out survivability.

Third DPS. Hurricane and Apocalypse maximise Kaya’s TAC DMG output. Kaya targets the lowest-HP enemy, providing finisher potential. Fifth Wildlings hero for +20% faction bonus.
Core healer. Heal amplifies Voodoo Therapy’s 210% TAC ATK heal by 45%. Self-Healing keeps Jessie healthy so her focus heal always targets a teammate. Cinnabar Staff UW grants heal target +20% DMG Mitigation. Healing Powder provides sustained HoT between focus casts.
A Wildlings sustain lineup combining Harman’s team shields with Jessie’s single-target healing. Marlen and Elaine provide back-row DPS while Harman tanks. Kaya adds secondary damage and the fifth Wildlings hero for the +20% ATK/HP faction bonus. Jessie’s Voodoo Therapy keeps the most damaged hero alive while Harman’s shields absorb burst damage. The Cinnabar Staff UW grants heal targets +20% DMG Mitigation, further protecting whoever is under fire.
Primary tank. Castle and Tough Wall provide front-line durability. Irma absorbs damage for the back row.
Secondary tank. Mental Control redirects attacks to Harman. Castle adds block and DMG Mitigation. Harman’s Staunch Will shields all allies on focus skill. Wildlings faction.

Core healer. Heal amplifies Voodoo Therapy by 45%. Alpha Bless provides round 1 team shields and Crit Immunity, buying time for Jessie’s focus bar to fill. Cinnabar Staff UW grants heal target +20% DMG Mitigation.
A starter Wildlings lineup using the most accessible heroes. Irma takes the primary tank position, Harman provides secondary tanking and shields, Marlen deals DPS, and Duncan fills as the fourth Wildlings hero. Jessie heals from position 5. Four Wildlings provide the +15% ATK/HP faction bonus. Simple and effective through S2 before better options are promoted.
Synergies
Harman’s Staunch Will shields all allies while Jessie’s Voodoo Therapy heals the lowest-HP ally. The shield absorbs burst damage; the heal patches the HP that leaks through. Both are Wildlings, contributing to the faction bonus. When Jessie has the Cinnabar Staff UW, her heal target also gains +20% DMG Mitigation, stacking with Harman’s shields for layered protection.
Marlen is the primary Wildlings DPS carry. Jessie’s healing keeps Marlen alive through sustained fights, allowing him to fire multiple focus skill rotations. The longer Marlen survives, the more damage he outputs — Jessie directly enables this by keeping his HP topped up.
Kaya targets the lowest-HP enemy, dealing more damage via her Ebony Bow UW as the target loses HP. Jessie’s healing keeps Kaya alive to fire more Pinpoint Shots. Both are Wildlings — a full Wildlings lineup with Kaya and Jessie gains the maximum +20% faction bonus.
Interactions with other heroes’ ultimate weapons.
Jessie’s Cinnabar Staff grants heal targets +20% DMG Mitigation. When Harman has Chimera Anchor, every shield event deals chip damage to a random enemy. Jessie healing the most damaged hero (often Harman) and buffing their mitigation extends Harman’s survival, allowing more shield casts and more Chimera Anchor chip damage procs.
Self-synergy: Cinnabar Staff grants the Voodoo Therapy target +20% DMG Mitigation for the current round. Combined with Self Healing (+10% DMG Mit) and Witch’s Potion (+5% DMG Mit), the healed hero effectively gains +35% DMG Mitigation from Jessie’s presence alone — a significant defensive stack for an Elite-tier support.

Counters
- AOE damage carries (Hard Counter) — Jessie heals only one target at a time. AOE carries like Heytex 103 damage all five heroes simultaneously, overwhelming Jessie’s single-target sustain. She cannot keep the whole lineup alive against widespread damage.
- Focus drain heroes (Soft Counter) — Casino and Demon APC delay Jessie’s focus bar fill, postponing Voodoo Therapy. Without her focus heal, Jessie only provides the passive DMG Mitigation and Healing Powder HoT, which are insufficient to sustain the lineup under pressure.
- Single-target DPS (Soft Counter) — Lineups that focus all damage on one hero play directly into Jessie’s strength — Voodoo Therapy always heals the lowest-HP ally, so the focused target receives constant healing. Cinnabar Staff’s +20% DMG Mitigation buff also applies to that target.
- Slow attrition lineups (Soft Counter) — Against lineups that deal low but sustained damage, Jessie’s Healing Powder HoT and Voodoo Therapy out-heal the incoming damage over time, gradually tilting the fight in her lineup’s favour.
Rating
B Tier. Jessie is the best Wildlings healer available before Rare supports unlock. Her 210% TAC ATK focus heal plus sustained Healing Powder HoT provide genuine sustain value through S0-S3. The Cinnabar Staff UW adds +20% DMG Mitigation to heal targets, giving her a defensive buff that most Elite supports lack. She is rated B because she has only four skills, her healing output is outclassed by Rare+ supports, and she is replaced once Ada or other X4+ Wildlings supports become available.
